Efforts to Address Climate Change

On the business operation side, we will contribute to the reduction of GHG emissions by promoting Logistics Digitalization (LDX) to improve loading rates and modal shift from land transportation to sea transportation.

On the investment side, we will also contribute to the reduction of GHG emissions by promoting the introduction of the new “Z Model” carrier car, which can handle cargo even when the engine is turned off, and by installing LED light bulbs at our distribution centers.

Furthermore, as part of our supply chain, we will contribute to the reduction of GHG emissions by responding to the shift to EVs by finished car manufacturers and through port loading and unloading of fuel for biomass power generation for electric power companies.

Policy for Securing and Developing Human Resources

As a company that primarily provides comprehensive services related to automobile distribution and mobility, our group positions the securing and development of human resources as an important management priority, and we are working to create an organization and initiatives that enable our employees to grow with the company.

Amid concerns about the shortage of human resources due to the decline in the working population, we are striving to strengthen the functions necessary for business growth and secure human resources to support future business growth by recruiting new graduates and mid-career workers with highly specialized skills and improving the working environment in various positions, including drivers, office workers, and mechanics.

We also support autonomous career development by engaging in human resource development and education that leads to the growth of each employee, and we create opportunities for growth by accumulating work experience while taking on more roles through on-the-job training.

We will work to revitalize the organization by developing many human resources regardless of gender, age, nationality, etc.

Internal Environmental Improvement Policy

In the current medium-term management plan, Our Group has set forth the goal of “improving all aspects of quality,” and is working to improve human quality with the aim of “creating a healthy, safe, and energetic work environment.
As a business that operates on public roads, we also routinely conduct safety courses and training sessions with experienced drivers to ensure the safety and security of our stakeholders.
Furthermore, in our efforts to ensure diversity, we are working to understand various requests and areas for improvement through exchanges of opinions between female drivers and executives, as well as to respect the individuality and values of each employee and enhance the workplace environment in which each can work in a rewarding manner.
In addition, to address the "2024 Logistics Problem", we will promote the division of labor, reduce incidental work, improve work-life balance, and create a rewarding workplace.
